【 課程簡介】
頭薦骨療法的核心,就是全然的信任與尊重身體本然的智慧與療癒力。不同於一般的傳統按摩,受過專業訓練的頭薦骨執行師不用力、不施壓、不企圖矯正,而是聆聽到身體的需要,輕輕地把手放在接受者的頭或其它部位,接受者就會體驗到非常深層的寧靜與放鬆,那是身體神奇的自我療癒能力。
當自我療癒的系統開始運作,就會自行去平衡身體需要平衡之處,帶領身心靈進入非常深層的放鬆與平靜。
我們會在課程中,簡介頭薦骨工作的原理,並實際進行練習,在自己身上體驗頭薦骨療法所帶來的身心放鬆。

2.會有坐下或躺下的練習,請務必為自己準備好不受打擾的空間與時間

【講師簡介】
胡水雲,教育工作與身體工作雙修,是實驗教育工作者、生物動能取向頭薦骨執行師、能量再平衡按摩師,及太極拳教練。
喜歡將「陪伴」這個概念,落實在教育現場及身體個案工作之中,讓兩個專業場域的經驗能互相交流與支持。例如:保持中立,紮根於地,回到中心,平等覺察自己的內外在……這些從事身體工作的原則,對教育工作者也是非常適用的提醒。

To do physical exercises that helps to build foundation
To connect breathing to your mental and physiological resources
To bring awareness to the lower body
To listen to the craniosacral rhythm of the pelvic area

【Course Description】
The core of craniosacral therapy is to complete trust and to respect for the body’s innate wisdom and healing ability. Unlike traditional massage, the professionally trained craniosacral practitioners do not use force, pressure, or attempt to adjust the body posture. Instead, they listen to the needs of the body and gently place their hands on the client’s head or other body parts. The client will experience deep relaxation and calmness. That is the body’s miraculous self-healing ability.
When the self-healing system starts to operate, it will automatically balance the body where it needs to be balanced, leading the body, mind and spirit into a deep relaxation and peace.
In the course, we will introduce the principles of craniosacral therapy. We will also practice in class to experience deep relaxation and peace brought about by craniosacral therapy.
【Lecturer Profile】
Hu Shui Yun, who specializes in both education and bodywork, is an alternative education teacher, a Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist, a Rebalancing massage therapist, and a Tai Chi sifu.
The way he likes to keep his students or clients company is to combine both his professional expertise in the field of education and bodywork, allowing his experiences in both fields to support each other. For example: staying neutral, being grounded, recentering oneself, balancing inner and outer awareness… These principles of bodywork are applicable and useful reminders for educators also.
