號外! 人稱「苗栗金城武」之李正源諮商心理師，即將來舞象開講。光從這個名號就可以猜出，這將是一場幽默與啟發兼具的「正源老師答客問」！

擁有輔導與諮商博士學位的正源老師，同時是「愛、關係與療癒工作室」的創辦人，擁有豐富臨床經驗和專業知識，也是許多準諮商心理師的專業督導。

他曾在舞象開過「存在體驗工作坊」、「情緒系列課程」、「表達與回應」、「人生，不可不想的事」等課程，讓學員在大笑中，又能深深思考。

正源老師擅長【人際歷程心理治療】、【關係取向遊戲治療】，一個人與其他人的關係是成長中最重要的部分，但個體也需要通過自我成長來解決自身內部的依賴性與獨立性之間的矛盾，才能獲得真正的自由。這些都要從覺察、正視自己的情緒開始。

Emotions are present all the time. It is just a matter of whether we are aware of them, discover them, and coexist with them. If we say that emotions are neither right nor wrong, all emotions are neutral. Their appearance carries good intentions, sending us messages to tell us that there are some inner matters we need to know more about and understand. Then, how do we approach, understand, or have a dialogue with our emotions to comprehend them better and, in turn, build good relationships with others?

Teacher Cheng-Yuan specializes in “Interpersonal Process in Therapy” and “Relationship-Centered Play Therapy.” The relationships we have with others are the most crucial part of our growth. This kind of “relationship with others” is not a one-way need for attachment but rather a space where individuals can freely express oneself. Through self-growth, resolving the contradictions between dependency and independence ultimately helps individuals to achieve true personal freedom.

If individuals treat each other kindly, trust each other, and have a foundation for cooperation, they can engage in sincere conversations, discussions, exchange ideas, and offer mutual support, fostering each other’s achievements and growth, and allowing for more extensive and meaningful dialogues between both parties.
